A women’s featherweight clash pitting Leslie Smith against Amanda Bell has been added to the Bellator 245 lineup.
Sherdog.com confirmed the bout with a promotion official on Wednesday. Bellator 245 takes place on Sept. 11 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, and is headlined by a light heavyweight rematch between Phil Davis and Lyoto Machida. Smith vs. Bell will take place on the preliminary card.
After a seven-bout stint with the UFC, Smith fought twice for Bellator in 2019. After earning a majority decision against Sinead Kavanagh in her promotional debut, Smith dropped a unanimous verdict to Arlene Blencowe in her most recent outing at Bellator 233.
