Salahdine Parnasse claimed the KSW interim featherweight championship with second-round TKO win over Roman Szymanski in the main event of KSW 48 in Lublin, Poland on Saturday.
Although the French fighter expressed doubt that he would get a finish in an interview with MMA Fighting ahead of the fight, it was clear the 21-year-old was putting a lot more behind his punches from the first bell.
After a stand-up clinic in the first round, Parnasse poured on punches from top position in the second. At one point, he appealed to the referee to stop the contest after a plethora of unanswered blows.
