Tomasz Narkun claimed a second win over Mamed Khalidov in the main event of KSW 46 Saturday in Gliwice, Poland.
Following the fight, Khalidov, a former KSW middleweight and light heavyweight champion, announced his intention to retire.
“Before the fight I’ve made decision that in case of second loss, my time will come. I put these gloves down. Thank you for my whole career, thank you for supporting me, thank you my team, my coaches, my club, I love you. I’ve got some years on me and I think I’ll say thank you,” Khalidov told the crowd, according to Polish journalist, Bartek Stachura.
