Rizin continues to add fights to their NYE extravaganza, this time matching one of the most promising Gracies against Kid Yamamoto's 19-year-old nephew.
Rizin is in full nostalgia mode when it comes to booking their two cards scheduled for December 29th and 31st. For the most recent bout announced though, they went in a different direction - prodigies with recognizable last names. The promotion announced via press release that ADCC champ Kron Gracie will face off with 19-year-old wrestling standout Asen Yamamoto.
27-year-old Gracie (1-0 MMA) won the 77kg division at the ADCCs in 2013. He made his MMA debut last December in Japan, submitting Hyung Soo Kim in just over a minute with an armbar.
