The Bellator 172 main card has a pair of new bouts, as Cheick Kongo will meet Oli Thompson at heavyweight, while Adam Piccolotti will face Brent Primus at lightweight on Feb. 18.
The California-based promotion announced the matchups on Wednesday. Bellator 172 takes place at the SAP Center in San Jose, Calif., and is headlined by a heavyweight clash between Fedor Emelianenko and Matt Mitrione. The evening’s main card airs on Spike TV at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT.
