On Tuesday, Conor McGregor posted a lengthy statement on Instagram where he shared his post-UFC 229 thoughts. In a nutshell, “The Notorious” pointed out what he thought were his strong and weak moments during the fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov, while stating that he is not looking for an immediate rematch.
McGregor stirred up a lot of bad blood within the Nurmagomedov camp, including Khabib’s manager Ali Abdelaziz, who then issued a lengthy response through the same social media platform.
First of all the champion @khabib_nurmagomedov is too busy enjoying his life and his family and does not give a shit what anyone says but this is my response to this weak soul, him and his sorry ass team already making some stupid ass excuses.
