Khabib Nurmagomedov (pictured) has a New Year’s gift for Tony Ferguson, and it’s not his blond afro wig. On Monday, Nurmagomedov offered to pay Ferguson $200,000 out of his own pocket if he finally puts pen to paper for a fight.

After UFC president Dana White announced lightweight champion Conor McGregor will enjoy an extended layoff after blasting Eddie Alvarez in November, Nurmagomedov turned his attention towards a shootout with the only other 155-pounder who can legitimately stake claim to next crack at the crown.
