Shortly after suffering back-to-back losses for the first time in his career, Kevin Lee reached out to his fans with a somber message.
“The Motown Phenom” fell to Rafael dos Anjos by fourth-round submission in the main event of UFC Rochester on Saturday after a competitive match. In sharing his thoughts on the bout, Lee seemed to be searching for the words to explain what went wrong in his first UFC fight at 170 pounds.
“Don’t know what happened out there tonight,” Lee said. “I thought I did everything right leading up to this fight.
