Ken Shamrock scoffs at ‘BMF’ title: You wear four-ounce gloves and fight one time a night

Even before it took place, the “baddest motherf—r” title fight between Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz at UFC 244 already had its naysayers. That didn’t change after the fight, with “Gamebred” as the newly-crowned titleholder.

In a recent interview with ESPN’s Ariel Helwani, UFC Hall-of-Famer Ken Shamrock laughed at the “BMF” title, comparing it to how things were in his time.

“It’s funny to hear these guys talk about toughness and being tough and being bad,” Shamrock said (via MMA Fighting). “It’s like, man, if they only knew what went through in those beginning days, with no training, there was no map of how to train.
