An unspecified injury has forced Kelvin Gastelum to withdraw from his scheduled UFC 195 matchup against Kyle Noke.
Ultimate Fighting Championship officials on Tuesday announced Gastelum’s removal from the event. The 24-year-old “Ultimate Fighter” winner was attempting to make a quick turnaround after dropping a five-round decision to Neil Magny in November.
Noke will remain on the card against Alex Morono, who is set to make his Octagon debut on less than two weeks’ notice. The makeshift matchup has been demoted from the pay-per-view portion of the show to the preliminary broadcast; a lightweight bout between Abel Trujillo and Tony Sims will take its place on the main card.
