Glover Teixeira will remain on UFC Brooklyn after all.
Following a report from FloCombat, the UFC announced on Friday that middleweight Karl Roberson is going to move up to light heavyweight to face the former UFC title challenger on the main card, which streams live on ESPN+. Roberson is replacing Ion Cutelaba, who withdrew due to injury.
Roberson (7-1) gets another New York fight, with his last one ending in an impressive unanimous decision over Jack Marshman on the UFC 230 main card. The former kickboxer was signed through Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series, and won his UFC debut by submission against Darren Stewart.
