Titan Fighting Championship on Friday visited the BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, Florida, with a championship tripleheader, and the main event ended in spectacular fashion.
Gesias Cavalcante met Pat Healy for the vacant lightweight title and made sure there was no controversy surrounding the conclusion of the Titan 39 headliner. It took the Brazilian a little more than two minutes to scramble Healy’s circuits, as a booming lead right hand crashed onto the grappler’s jaw and dropped him. “Bam Bam” fell to all fours and tried to clear his head, even as Cavalcante swarmed with follow-up punches.
