On the day of the season 21 premiere of The Ultimate Fighter, we have our first confirmed bout for the reality show's July 12th season finale in Florida. Bloody Elbow has learned that TUF 17 middleweight semifinalist Josh Samman has been booked against Brazilian Caio Magalhaes. The UFC has not made the bout official but it is expected to be formally announced soon.
Samman (11-2) pulled off one of the best knockouts of 2014 when he flattened TUF 19 winner Eddie Gordon with a 2nd round head kick at UFC 181, in a fight he was otherwise losing.
