Bellator 148 is scheduled to take place on Fri., Jan. 29, 2016 inside Save Mart Center in Fresno, California. Tickets for the event go on sale on Nov. 20, the same day Bellator's "Kato vs. Manhoef" card takes place.
Two fighters on the Bellator 148 card have a longstanding rivalry that dates back to UFC 113 in 2010. On that day, Josh Koscheck out-wrestled Paul Daley en route to a unanimous decision victory in the night's co-main event.
Daley may have been frustrated given the bout was announced as a contender's fight to face Georges St-Pierre, and he expressed that frustration by punching Koscheck in the face AFTER the bell.
