Following a controversial drug test on Thursday morning, UFC champion Jose Aldo underwent another test Friday in Rio de Janeiro, and this time it’s for good.
A tester accredited by WADA, alongside with a Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) official, visited Nova Uniao on Friday morning and collected a urine sample from the 145-pound kingpin. The sample will be sent to WADA-accredited Sports Medicine Research & Testing Laboratory in Salt Lake City, CABMMA informed MMAFighting.com.
On Thursday morning, Drug Free Sport director Ben Mosier visited Nova Uniao for an unannounced drug test, and the Aldo agreed to take the test.
