Former two-time welterweight championship challenger, Jorge Masvidal has welcomed the chance to take on Colby Covington in a future rematch upon his expected return to the UFC — accusing the former interim gold holder of drug use to boot.
Masvidal, a former two-time title challenger at 170lbs, managed to scoop the inaugural symbolic BMF championship back in 2019.

And departing the Octagon back in 2023, Miami veteran, Masvidal suffered his fourth consecutive loss in the form of a one-sided unanimous decision to fellow stalwart contender, Gilbert Burns in his native Florida.
