On Tuesday, officials announced that a bout between Johnson and Milstead has been added to the March 3 pay-per-view event, which is set to take place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. Featherweight champion Max Holloway (19-3) defends his title against Frankie Edgar (22-5-1) in the main event.
Johnson is undefeated in eight professional bouts. The 29-year-old is 2-0 inside the Octagon, having won unanimous decisions against Marcel Fortuna and Henrique da Silva last year after previously competing primarily in the Midwest.
Milstead (8-1, 1 NC) most recently saw a second-round TKO loss to Curtis Blaydes at UFC Houston overturned to a no-contest when Blaydes later tested positive for marijuana.
