Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has been in the weight room and is using social media to show the world his results.
The Greg Jackson-trained fighter posted a picture on his Instagram account on Thursday showing his physique in between fight camps during 2013 and now side-by-side. The difference is musculature is quite noticeable.
"Started powerlifting June 1, 2015. In just about seven months of training four days a week, my body has made a complete transformation," Jones wrote.
"Off season 2013 vs off season 2015. Five more months to prepare for this win.
