With Jones’ long awaited transition to the heavyweight division expected to take place sooner rather than later, particularly since “Bones” has been hitting the weight room hard after April’s felony hit and run arrest, Jones was asked Sunday night on Twitter how many more fights he has a 205 pounds before making the move.
“Maybe 3,” Jones replied to a fan.
Barring any setbacks or controversial outcomes in those impending fights, Jones knows exactly which three opponents he wants to face and in what order before trying to claim the heavyweight throne.
“DC, Rumble, Gus,” Jones stated.
