As expected, as soon as former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones (pictured) clears his latest legal hurdle, he’ll get an immediate chance to reclaim his throne.
UFC president Dana White stripped Jones of his title last month after Jones was arrested for felony hit-and-run where a pregnant motorist suffered a broken arm. However, the most decorated 205-pound champ in UFC history with eight straight title defenses won’t have to work his way back up the mountain in order to take back his belt.
“He comes right back and he fights for the title,” White stated on Wednesday’s episode of The Jim Rome Show.
