In his ideal scenario, Jon Jones envisions taking both the light heavyweight and heavyweight belts from Daniel Cormier upon his return to the UFC.
First, Jones would prefer to face Cormier at light heavyweight, where the two have squared off twice before in UFC competition. Jones defeated Cormier via unanimous decision at UFC 182 and again via TKO at UFC 214; the second triumph was overturned to a no contest after the Jackson-Wink product tested positive for the anabolic steroid Turinabol.
