Jon Jones doping case in front of Nevada commission postponed

Jon Jones' date with the Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC) will have to wait.
Jones' disciplinary hearing in front of the commission will not happen Monday as originally scheduled, NAC executive director Bob Bennett confirmed with MMA Fighting on Wednesday. Jones' legal team requested the continuance.

Jones, the current interim UFC light heavyweight champion and pound-for-pound king, failed an out-of-competition drug test in June and was pulled from his UFC 200 main event title fight with Daniel Cormier. Jones tested positive for the banned substances clomiphene and letrozol in a test administered by UFC anti-doping partner USADA.
