ANAHEIM, Calif. — Jon Jones will face the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) on Tuesday for a doping hearing. The former UFC light heavyweight champion tested positive for the steroid Turinabol in an in-competition test taken last July in relation to his UFC 214 fight with Daniel Cormier.
On Tuesday, the CSAC will decide sanctions for Jones, who is facing a suspension and fine. Jones will receive a separate sanction from USADA, the UFC’s anti-doping partner, at a later date.
Jones’ CSAC hearing will begin at 1 p.m. ET.
