Jon Jones apparently made excellent use of his time away from the UFC.
Jones was suspended by the UFC in April because of his involvement in a hit-and-run case, and he was finally reinstated last month.
While he was suspended, Jones was hitting the weights pretty hard, because the dude is absolutely RIPPED.
You don’t get those kinds of muscles working out in your local health spa, I’ll tell you that much. Those are the kinds of muscles you get working out in the clink. Or maybe Jonny Bones has been training with Alistair Overeem lately or something.
