John Dodson is likely one win away from another showdown with UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson. He fights Zach Makovsky this weekend at UFC 187, and while he clearly isn't looking past that bout, he spoke to MMA Junkie about thinking he already had the rematch lined up:
"I thought I was going to fight D.J. for this fight. I was hopeful. I was ecstatic. I wanted to go ahead and crush Demetrious Johnson. But they had to put someone else in front of me, so D.J. catches a little break right quick.
