Jessica Aguilar Free To Join UFC Following WSOF Release

Aguilar is leaving on good terms, as both parties agreed it is the best move for all involved.

“We wish Jessica all the best, and hope that she will achieve everything she wants to in her career that is blossoming,” WSOF president Ray Sefo stated in a press release. “We sat down with Jessica and her manager and we all agreed that she needs to move on to a place where she can compete against the best 115 pound women in the world.

“We have an incredible and fast-growing roster of world-class athletes at WSOF, but we do not have the best fighters in this particular women’s weight class, so it was time to shake hands and amicably part ways.
