Jeremy Stephens in ‘really good place’ after going sober, predicts ‘nasty-like’ KO vs. Mateusz Gamrot

After cutting out alcohol, Jeremy Stephens has never felt better during his lengthy UFC career.

Stephens (28-18, 1NC) is scheduled to face Mateusz Gamrot at UFC Vegas 31 later this month. The UFC veteran revealed in April that he was inspired to get sober for the better of his mother after she almost passed away following a long battle with addiction.

Talking to MMA Junkie ahead of his fight on July 17th, Stephens explained how much better he feels after going sober.

“I just feel in a really good place mentally, physically,” Stephens said.
