Lopes is now scheduled to fight Alexander Volkanovski for the vacant title in the main event at UFC 314 on April 12 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. This matchup didn’t go over well with Movsar Evloev, who is expected to be the next contender at featherweight. Evloev called Lopes his “chicken,” predicting Volkanovski to beat the Brazilian.
