On Tuesday Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller, 40, plead guilty to a vandalism charge and was immediately sentenced to 364 days in jail (per CBSLA). Miller has been in jail since August 21 when he was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary and car theft. At that time he was serving probation in connection with a domestic violence case.
Miller’s most recent sentence is the result of a plea deal. That deal saw one count of felony grand theft auto dropped in exchange for his guilty plea on the vandalism charge. Miller, who last fought in 2016, has had numerous run ins with the law in recent years.
