UFC heavyweight James Mulheron has been removed from his bout opposite Cyril Asker at UFC Shanghai after it was announced that he had been flagged by the USADA for a potential violation on Saturday stemming from an out-of-competition sample collected on Nov. 10.
The promotion is searching for a new opponent for Asker. UFC Fight Night 123 takes place on Nov. 25 at the Mercedez Benz Arena in Shanghai, China.
Mulheron made his UFC debut this past July, losing by unanimous decision to Justin Willis at UFC Glasgow.
