Back in May 2020, Jake Paul got himself in hot water when he decided to roam inside an Arizona mall amid a George Floyd protest. The scene turned ugly when some people began looting and vandalizing the place.
The 24-year-old Paul was seen walking around and even filming, but didn’t seem to participate in the fracas and denied doing so. Videos of him during the incident were also posted on social media by his own photographer.
Paul was initially charged with two misdemeanors: criminal trespassing and unlawful assembly, which the Scottsdale city attorney eventually dropped when the FBI launched its own investigation.
