In the main event of Invicta FC 43, PFL lightweight champion Kayla Harrison made her 145-pound, and promotional debut against Courtney King. The event took place at the Police Athletic League in Kansas City, Kan. and streamed on UFC Fight Pass.
Harrison began things with kicks to the leg and body of King before shooting for a takedown. King defended as Harrison forced her up against the fence and was able to force separation. That didn’t last long as Harrison landed a leg trip to get the fight to the mat and landed a nasty elbow that immediately busted open her opponent.
