Illinois attorney Jim Glasgow looking to ban choke holds from MMA competition

Will County's State attorney Jim Glasgow is rallying to ban choke holds from MMA competition following the murders of Terrence Rankins and Eric Glover.

Following the conviction of Adam Landerman, who was found guilty for his role in the murders of Terrence Rankins and Eric Glover in 2013, Will County's State attorney Jim Glasgow is looking to forbid choke holds from mixed martial arts competition.

Glasgow's decision follows after Rankins and Glover were strangled to death with technical choke holds by Landerman and Joshua Miner. The Illinois attorney wants to make Will County the safest place to live and believes banning certain techniques from MMA will aid in his quest for state security.
