Ilima-Lei Macfarlane will make her first flyweight title defense against Alejandra Lara in the Bellator 201 main event.
Promotion officials announced the matchup on Tuesday. Bellator 201 takes place at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, Calif., on June 29 and will also include another 125-pound clash between Valerie Letourneau and Bruna Ellen. The main card will air on the Paramount Network at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT.
Macfarlane has been victorious in her first seven professional outings, six of which have occurred under the Bellator MMA banner.
