Humble Ronda Rousey finally comes to terms with Holly Holm loss: 'That had to happen to me'

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey was so distraught over her knockout loss to Holly Holm, which took place at the UFC 193 pay-per-view (PPV) event back in November, the Olympian briefly contemplated killing herself.

Then she took a few minutes to regain her composure and realized that everything happens for a reason.

Whether that reason is to have babies with this guy, come back and win the 135-pound title from newly-crowned champion Miesha Tate later this year, or just become an all-around better person remains to be seen, but "Rowdy" told Inside Halton during her Reebok luncheon that she learned a very valuable lesson.
