Sometimes it really does feel that way in MMA. The result may end on a win or a loss for one man or another, but the number of fans looking to see Cro Cop face the ghost of Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, or even just retire after his latest win suggest to me that there aren't many that are looking at this as a big meaningful win as a fight. Cro Cop won; he salvaged a card (to some extent) that was mostly marked by bad fights and low level technique, with a few bright shining moments of fistic clarity.
