It may not have been all that entertaining, but it was definitely effective.
In a completely one-sided fight, No. 7-ranked middleweight Gegard Mousasi utterly dominated No. 12-ranked earlier today (Sat., May 16, 2015) on the FOX Sports 1 main card of UFC Fight 66, which took place inside the Mall of Asia Arena.
In the end, "The Dreamcatcher" earned the easy unanimous decision victory.
Mousasi, 29, did whatever he wanted to against Philippou inside the Octagon. From the get-go it was evident that Mousasi had a significant wrestling and grappling advantage, and although the former Strikeforce champ worked for submissions, Philippou would not give up.
