If Gustafsson could choose between Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones, the Swede would prefer to avenge his loss to the former light-heavyweight champion.
It's been an emotional past few months for UFC light-heavyweight contender Alexander Gustafsson. The Swede was reduced to tears when Anthony Johnson knocked him out at UFC on FOX 14 in January. Gustafsson considered retirement after the loss, but persevered and was rewarded with another crack at the title.
The 28-year-old will challenge Daniel Cormier for the 205 lbs. title at UFC 192 in October, but when speaking with MMA Junkie yesterday, Gustafsson said he'd prefer to rematch Jon Jones if given the option.
