Former NCAA Division I wrestling champion Gregor Gillespie will face his toughest test to date when he meets one-time interim title contender Kevin Lee at UFC 244 in New York at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 2.
The bout was made official by Newsday after initially being reported by MMA Junkie as being targeted. MMA Fighting also confirmed with a source that the bout has been signed.
Gillespie has been a wrecking ball since arriving in the UFC with a perfect 5-0 record, including three knockouts and two submission wins along the way.
