(WARNING: Graphic video included in the post.) Former MMA fighter Amokrane Sabet was killed by police in Bali, Indonesia after he'd fatally stabbed an officer while resisting arrest.
Amokrane "Kiane" Sabet, a former MMA heavyweight who fought three times for Ultimate Challenge MMA in the UK, was shot to death by police on Monday in Bali, Indonesia. The 49-year-old Frenchman (by way of Algeria) had an expired tourist visa, and was confronted by local police and immigration officials. Sabet was armed with a knife and stabbed one of the officers. All warnings by police were ignored by Sabet, who was shot multiple times and died at the scene.
