Gokhan Saki forced to vacate GLORY light heavyweight title

Gokhan Saki is currently not under contract with GLORY. And since he has not defended the Light Heavyweight title within the last year, the kickboxing promotion today forced him to vacate the title. The good news? The vacant title will be up for grabs at Bellator MMA's hybrid "Dynamite!" card on Sept. 19, 2015.

GLORY reported on its website earlier today (Mon., July 27, 2015) that Gokhan Saki has been forced to relinquish his 209-pound title because of inactivity.

Saki, 31, won the belt at GLORY 15 in April 2015, defeating Tyrone Spong and Nathan Corbett in the night's four-man tournament in Istanbul, Turkey.
