Rising lightweight talent Goiti Yamauchi has signed a new long-term contract with Bellator MMA.

Sherdog.com confirmed the news with a promotion official following an initial report from MMAFighting.com. Exact terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it does span multiple years.

Yamauchi has won his last three fights within the California-based organization, including a first-round submission of fellow prospect Adam Piccolotti at Bellator 183 on Sept. 23. All three of those victories occurred at 155 pounds.

The 24-year-old began his tenure with Bellator as a featherweight, winning five of his first seven appearances.
