Gina Carano joins 'Free Nick Diaz' movement, demands apology from 'tyrants' at NSAC

Former Strikeforce featherweight attraction Gina Carano, who was the "women's face of mixed martial arts (MMA)" prior to the arrival of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight Ronda Rousey, chewed some of the same dirt as Nick Diaz.

They shared the Hawaiian stage during EliteXC "Uprising" back in 2007.

Now, "Conviction" -- who hung up the gloves in defeat to Cris Cyborg -- is using her Twitter account to defend the Stockton slugger after Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) slapped him with a five-year suspension following his UFC 183 drug test.

You are not making Nick Diaz an example, you are appearing as tyrants.
