Nate Diaz has found common ground with his longtime rival Conor McGregor.
The former UFC foes rarely get along with each other after having fought twice in the Octagon, leaving it one win a piece. However, that would change on St. Patrick’s Day as Diaz related to McGregor’s ongoing situation with the promotion.
Not having fought since July 2021, where he broke his leg against Dustin Poirier, the Irishman’s return to competition has been delayed for long enough. McGregor hasn’t been able to lock in a date for what is likely his next fight against Michael Chandler and frustration is sinking in for ‘The Notorious’ from the 31-month layoff.
