Stringer (22-6-3) looks to get back on track following his first UFC loss, a second-round TKO loss by the hands of Fabio Maldonado.
Edwards (9-2), a former BAMMA welterweight champion, scored his first UFC win by knocking out Seth Baczynski in eight seconds in April.
