Former Ultimate Fighting Championship middleweight contender Chris Leben has been sentenced to 120 days in jail and three years of probation for an alleged attempted break-in of his estranged wife’s residence, reports San Diego’s KGTV.
The 35-year-old retired mixed martial artist, who plead guilty to felony possession of an assault weapon and misdemeanor counts of vandalism, as well as violating a temporary restraining order, was also ordered by the court to take part in a year-long domestic violence course.
“This case is a very serious incident,” the prosecutor told KGTV. “He broke into her home while she was there.
