Former UFC bantamweight champion Renan Barao cutting down from 160 pounds the week of his featherweight debut

It's no secret that former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Bantamweight champion Renan Barao has had difficulties cutting weight in the past.

He most notably had to pull out of his championship rematch with T.J. Dillashaw at UFC 177 after fainting during his cut to 135 pounds. After that horrendous display of dietary control, Barao fought just two more times as a bantamweight, defeating Mitch Gagnon via submission at UFC Fight Night 58 and losing to Dillashaw via TKO in their eventual rematch at UFC on FOX 16.
