Former heavyweight champion Larry Holmes believes Conor McGregor has a good chance to win against Floyd Mayweather.

If the combat sports world were asked about how Conor McGregor would do against Floyd Mayweather, a huge majority of them would likely give him no chance. Others have even predicted a knockout from Floyd Jr., who has not legitimately finished any opponent since 2007.

Former heavyweight world champion Larry Holmes, however, is not one of them. In fact, the “Easton Assassin” believes McGregor does not need to exert that much effort to earn the victory.

"Don't sell McGregor short," Holmes said on Tuesday’s interview at the Bald Faced Truth Radio Show (via the Oregon Live).
