Failed weight cut shakes up UFC 201 pay-per-view (PPV) card

We're not off to a good start.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was forced to shake up its UFC 201 pay-per-view (PPV) card, thanks to a weight-cutting debacle that canceled the Justin Scoggins vs. Ian McCall flyweight fight, set to kick off the televised broadcast inside Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

The official statement from UFC:

Due to issues with his weight cut, flyweight contender Justin Scoggins informed UFC officials that he cannot make the contracted weight for his UFC 201 bout against Ian McCall on Saturday. Subsequently, the bout has been pulled from the card.
