Fabricio Werdum wants to make the most of the time he has left.
The two-time Abu Dhabi Combat Club Submission Wrestling World Championships gold medalist will serve as a short-notice fill-in for Mark Hunt, as he meets former M-1 Global champion Marcin Tybura in the UFC Fight Night 121 main event this Saturday at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. Werdum has alternated wins and losses in each of his past four appearances. The longtime Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt last competed at UFC 216 on Oct. 7, when he needed just 65 seconds to submit Walt Harris with a first-round armbar.
